27/02/20 I just started a new postdoc position at the INRS (Centre ETE) to work on behavioral data from Atlantic salmon in a high spatial and temporal resolution network of PIT-tag antennas in the Romaine river. Exciting work ahead!

21/12/19 New paper on the head morphology of brown trout in presence/absence of a non-native competitor. Here

02/10/18 New paper on S. trutta/S. fontinalis competition just got accepted. We show how brown trout change their diel activity pattern and aggregation in response to brook trout. Here

29/05/18 Some rarities you find in streams after intensive sampling. This one is a "tiger trout", a brown trout - brook trout hybrid (caught by me, pic by M Lovén Wallerius)

ABOUT ME

I am a biologist with a broad interest in the foraging and sexual behavior of animals in relation to their environment, and the association between behavior and fitness. I usually carry out experiments in semi-natural environments to address these topics using insects and fish as models.
